Availability and acquisition of photographs
Social action photographs are not available for sale or any reproduction. Their appearance with a shopping cart icon is a technical limitation of the system and in no case represents an invitation to consumption. The use of these images is restricted exclusively to the collaborative and social context for which they were produced. They are expressly indicated in the section where they are displayed, along with the clarification that they are not for sale on this website or on external platforms, although by default the shopping cart icon may appear. Said icon does not grant any right of acquisition or license over the works.
Only, and exceptionally, they could be offered as part of an express collaboration with a social entity, as part of a clearly identified fundraising action on this website.
Personal author photographs can be acquired as part of the creative work. Each work sold is accompanied by a specific usage license —non-transferable, non-editable and limited to the agreed terms—. The acquisition is understood as a form of support and patronage of the artistic process.

In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on intellectual property (Legislative Royal Decree 1/1996, of April 12, and concordant regulations):

Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available, transformation or any other use, in whole or in part, of said images, on any medium or medium, is expressly prohibited without the prior and written authorization of the author.
Failure to comply with these conditions may give rise to the legal responsibilities provided for in the applicable intellectual property and civil legislation.
Consent and use of the image
The persons portrayed in the personal or documentary projects of Jesús Fernández Jiménez have been photographed with their knowledge and consent at the time of the shot. All images are made and disseminated under ethical criteria, with absolute respect for the dignity and privacy of the persons portrayed.
The photographs shown on this website are not for commercial use, but for authorial and documentary purposes, and are presented for artistic, cultural or social reflection purposes. In no case are they used for advertising, promotional or purposes other than the context of the work.
In cases where there is no written authorization, the images are presented in public environments or without recognizable identification elements, following the good practices of documentary and author photography.
Likewise, in certain projects or sessions, there are signed authorizations that accredit the express consent for the artistic and documentary use of the images, both on this website and in exhibitions, publications or collaborations with social and cultural entities.
In the case of street photography, the images are produced in public spaces, where people may appear in the background or third plane, as part of the urban and narrative context. These photographs have an exclusively artistic, documentary and cultural purpose, in accordance with the current legislation on the right to one's own image and freedom of artistic creation.
However, if any person recognizes themselves in one of these photographs and considers that their image should not be published, they can contact us through the website form. The request will be attended to with the utmost diligence and, if necessary, the image will be removed immediately.
