This work focuses on capturing life through the high visual contrast of eternal black and white, inspired by Roland Barthes' concept of "punctum": that which stings, what drives you to press the shutter. All in a vertical format that responds to the narrow and ascending architecture of the old town of Barcelona.
The use of black and white abstracts color and adds a dimension of timelessness, evoking the past and turning scenes into symbolic landscapes of the city. The collection acquires a style close to the pictorial, designed to be enjoyed as a framed and decorative work.
